Holding(s) in Company

The directors of ATH Resources announce that on 27 March 2009, the Company received notification from Close Investments Limited that as a result of an acquisition of Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the issued share capital of the Company on 23 March 2009, Close Investments Limited now controls 2,227,447 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.56% of the Company's total voting rights.
