Holdings in Company

The directors of ATH Resources announce that on 28 October 2009, the Company received notification from Rathbone Brothers plc ("Rathbone") that on 23 October 2009, Rathbone, through its subsidiary companies Rathbone Investment Management Limited ("Rathbone IM") and Rathbone Unit Trust Management Limited ("Rathbone UTM") sold 200,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the issued share capital of the Company. 

Following this transaction, Rathbone UTM holds 1,804,999 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.504% of the Company's total voting rights and Rathbone IM holds 9,566 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.024% of the Company's total voting rights.

Rathbone now controls 1,814,565 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.53% of the Company's total voting rights.
