Holding in Company

The Company was notified by William Paterson Esq. on 22 March 2010 that, following an acquisition by Paterson Quarries Limited of 175,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the issued share capital of the Company at a price of 85 pence per share, he is now beneficially interested in 2,464,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.15% of the issued share capital of the Company.  William Paterson holds 564,000 of these shares in his own name representing 1.41% of the voting rights in the Company and Paterson Quarries Limited, a company of which William Paterson is a director and the controlling shareholder, holds 1,900,000 of these shares representing 4.74% of the voting rights in the Company.
