Result of AGM

ATH Resources plc (AIM:ATH), one of the UK's largest coal producers, today held its Annual General Meeting in Leeds at 11:00 hrs.

All resolutions put to shareholders before the Annual General Meeting were duly passed.

ATH Resources would also like to inform shareholders that Tom Allchurch, Non-Executive Director, has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect having seen the successful transition to the new management team.

David Port, Chairman of ATH Resources, commented:

ATH Resources was listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in June 2004 and operates three surface coal mines in Scotland; Skares Road, in East Ayrshire, Glenmuckloch in Dumfries and Galloway and Muir Dean in Fife.
