Director Shareholding

ATH Resources plc has been notified that, Alistair Black, Operations Director, today sold 125,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 190p per share. Alistair Black now holds 295,106 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 0.74% of the issued voting share capital.
