Director Shareholding

ATH Resources plc (the "Company") has been notified that, David Port, Non-Executive Chairman, today sold 70,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 196p per share for personal reasons. David Port now holds 209,959 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 0.56% of the issued share capital
