Site Administrator - Ayrshire

Following recent developments the Company is looking to expand its team at the Glenmuckloch Surface Mine by recruiting for the
above position.

The successful candidate will have experience of the duties associated with the demands of this role; including administration, secretarial and reception related duties. Candidates will have excellent prioritisation and time management skills with an attention to detail in turn producing high standards of work.

This role requires an ability to work as part of a team with excellent communication skills at all. Candidates would ideally have experience of working in a Mining/Quarrying environment however, this is not essential.

Responsibilities will include, although are not limited to;

• Carry out site related HR duties including maintenance of all site personnel files including all related paperwork and filing.
• Co-ordinate the ordering, sorting, distribution and stock levels of all site PPE & Stationary.
• Provide an accurate typing service using Microsoft Word.
• Collate & analyse all numerical data using Microsoft Excel.
• Take and type up meeting minutes.
• Diary management and meeting arrangement.
• Photocopying & filing.
• Data input - related to purchases/ordering/delivers/receipting

We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced individual to work within our team; the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience of working in a similar role, hold an NVQ/HNC in Business Administration or willing to work towards one.
